Really difficult to know here. When I have done these manuals, what you need is a working version of the software to see how it works.
However, where you have a "Canc" key on an Italian keyboard, you have a "del" key on an English keyboard for "deletion". So this is right if it is the computer part. But if it is about a banking/accounting function, then it could be, reversal, write off or who knows.

: Secondo la terminologia Microsoft, Cancel=annullare e Delete=eliminare. Comunque, anche per me questa voce non ha alcun senso, chiederei delucidazioni al cliente. Buona domenica!

You could be right. I was focusing on Anita's cancellation. Not that Microsolft are renowned for the quality of their localisation.
