The sentence is "Hai un carattere forte, non ami essere contraddetto e sei un perfezionista, la tua mente sopraffina ti esalta"
I have a doubt on how to put this term in english, do you say "First-Class brain" or "Outstanding brain"?
is there any other way to say it better?
thank you in advance

brilliant/fine mind
I think anything too literal would sound a bit fancy, as Italian adjectives often give a much grander impression than English ones. "Brilliant" and "Fine" are superlatives that are commonly used with mind, i.e. common English collocations for "mind".

In terms of Google hits:
"Brilliant mind" - 2,160,000 G-hits
"Fine mind" - 70,700 G-hits
The reason "fine mind" is less common is due to register, nuance and contextual use, not because it is any less correct than "brilliant". But either works in IMO here.

Either first-class or outstanding would be acceptable but first-class is the more usual term.
