ricettati secondo me significa che sono preparati in base ad una ricetta, tipo "pollo pronto alla cacciatora", "filetto di maiale pronto alle erbe", cioè non sono presentati semplici, così come sono

Scusate, non mi sono spiegata bene, il verbo "ricettare", certo, esiste ma non viene usato in questo contesto e non ha questo significato.
Sicuramente quello che si intendeva dire (il famoso salumiere) era che "i piatti pronti sono preparati su ricette (comprovate/conosciute)", ma di certo fa un po' ridere sentire il termine "ricettare" usato con questa accezione. ;-)

Comunque, ribadisco, il mio non è un appunto a chi ha fatto le proposte, semplicemente volevo sottolineare che il termine non esiste e che è un pessimo esempio di scrittura.

ciao Potra, certo, (probabilmente) il senso è questo, ma "ricettati" ??? non esiste e poi comunque dice "piatti pronti (ricettati) freschi" quindi è ovvio che sono piatti pronti. Il mio appunto non è rivolto a nessuno se non ha "coniato" questo termine assurdo che è una ripetizione di quanto già affermato. Mi chiedevo solo se Francesco, avendo a disposizione il resto del testo, non avesse magari qualche altra interpretazione. Tutto qui. ;-)
