L’Offerente riconoscerà a ciascun Aderente all’Offerta un corrispettivo pari a Euro x per ciascuna Azione portata in adesione all’Offerta (il “Corrispettivo”).
Il Corrispettivo si intende al netto di bolli, compensi, provvigioni e spese che rimarranno a carico dell’Offerente, mentre l’imposta sostitutiva sulle plusvalenze, qualora dovuta, resterà a carico degli Aderenti all’Offerta Obbligatoria.
