Hello everyone! I am translating an act of incorporation and there is an article concerning the registered capital where I found this sentence:
"Detto capitale viene sottoscritto dai soci costituenti in denaro..." and I don't know how to translate the term 'soci costituenti'. They are the persons who founded the new company, can I call them ' founder shareholders'? I have a feeling there is a better word for that. Thanks for all suggestions :)
