Italian term

quote in parola

Italian to English Bus/Financial Finance (general)
"Le quote in parola si intendono offerte in prelazione agli altri soci alle condizioni di cui in appresso:..." the text then offers timelines and modalities for these sales of shares to third parties tat are first subject to other shareholders' right of pre-emption.

Any ideas would be great. Thanks!

"promised" quotes

Sorry to disagree with my illustrious colleagues, but "in parola" means "that have been promised". The best translation then could possibly be "subject to pre-emption rights", but I wanted it to be clear that these shares are not simply "mentioned earlier".
You have something similar in English: "I've given my word". This is the same "parola"(=word) that Italian is referring to.
