Can't seem to find this anywhere. I'm sure that it must be a very specific air conditioning term. Any help gratefully received.

Hi Jean ... but if lateral thinking here, due to that "dispersioni termiche"
If you read the sentence with "termiche" referred to both nouns, it could mean "heat gains and heat losses".
