By comparison of reference 1 and reference 2 - the 'system isolation switch' seems to compare well with the 'quadro di campo'.
The 'magneto-termico bipolare' of reference 2 will, I think, equate to '2-pole thermal magnetic circuit breaker' as at: http://electronic-components.globalspec.com/ProductGlossary/...
A thermal magnetic type of circuit breaker combines a bimetal element with ....
An isolation switch could, of course, just be a straight forward switch - 'quadro di campo' possibly implies something more involved? (Voltage regulating/sensing switch?)

Further Googling leaves me in little doubt that \'campo\' relates to the array of photovotlatic cells and not to any magnetic field in the switch (you knew that already?!), so I guess a straightforward isolation switch might do it.

Sorry that should be \'photovoltaic\' not \'photovotlatic\'

Comment: "thanks to both. I think that both of the terms are correct."

'field set' or 'field frame'?
In my McGraw Hill Zanichelli technical and scientific dictionary 'quadro' seems to often mean 'frame' or 'set'
eg. quadro di armatura = frame set
quadro di distribuzione = distributing frame etc
eg. quadro di armatura = frame set
