I promise this is the last for this evening. On a menu, in a list of pieces of rabbit (un lombetto, un carré, lingua, guancia, rognone, cuore, fegato e **giambonetto**), what do you think "giambonetto" could be? Might it be "haunch"?

Actually, it comes from the French "jambonette" and I'd translate it using the French word, which basically means: STUFFED LEG OF RABBIT.
