I have seen "clinical picture" frequently enough to know that it could also apply in this case.
Example sentence:

My guess is that your term refers to laboratory work-up and that your other items on the list refer to clinical or instrumental examinations, in which case laboratory findings might serve you well - but I may be way wrong ...
