Italian term

farinaccio

Italian to English Social Sciences Agriculture rice milling
Per il riso lavorato si passa invece alla sbiancatura: attraverso appositi macchinari abrasivi, il riso viene “limato” perdendo pula, farinaccio e germe.

if "pula" is the bran layer and "germe" is the germe layer, what is "farinaccio"?
The rice hulls (or chaff) have already been removed in a previous step.

thank you

fine brokens

There does not seem to be a standard terminology for this product - basically it is what is left when the finished rice, bran and germ are accounted for. This is usually a coarse starchy powder (endosperm). The term may also depend on your audience - who are you translating for?

See this site for instance, from the International Rice Research Institute for what I beleive is internationally acceptable terminology. There are a number of sites world wide that also use this term.
