Italian term

nelle epoche

Italian to English Science Agriculture
I am translating instructions for a soil disinfectant and am unsure about 'nelle epoche' in this sentence:

Attenzione: Da impiegare esclusivament in agricoltura nelle epoche e per gli usi consentiti.

Thanks

agree Mr Murray (X) : I agree - 'to be used in season'

agree Daniela Zambrini : si, si...si! epoca di semina, epoca di raccolta, epoca di vendemmia - season as a "phase" of the farming process, not as a season of the year

in the season/at the time

From Hoepli: 2 (= tempo/periodo) day, days (pl), time, season
I believe it's referring to the correct time/season of the year for the product to be applied to the soil.
