Italian term

Emissione ordine a preventivo

Italian to English Bus/Financial Accounting Procedures Manual
context: this is from a procedures manual.

All'atto dell'aggiudicazione la Direzeione provvederà ad emettere ordine conforme al preventivo approvato.

I can't think how to phrase this. 'issuing of order based on the budget' perhaps?

I'd be grateful for any ideas.

Thanks, Lilly
