Only a caution really. I agree that 'priority' is a good translation of 'sifat' in this context. However, I am confused by the 'immediately' following 'sifat': this would normally suggest that the content of the Memo is to take effect immediately, not quite the same thing as a priority. Priority is normally 'routine', 'urgent', 'very urgent' etc. I have seen priority given as 'fix immediately' but this is strictly an action required rather than a priority. If the intention is to specify when the memo is to take effect, then the heading should be 'Effectivity' or some such. John
