sisa dana is a general information for any remaining funds (e.g. project or financial activity). It isn't to be paid to the shareholder though it must be reported to the finance / accounting dept within the corporation.

SHU is a net amount of any remaining annual income/profits. When it is distributed to the shareholders, it is called dividend.
