Benjamin Cseko Jul 5, 2018:
recommendation Considering everything, I would suggest the use of Building Manager or Property Manager, which may not be the same as the usage in English speaking countries, but is most reflective of the job as per Hungary, and is completely understandable and clear.
Benjamin Cseko Jul 5, 2018:
condo vs co-op Kind of....the only difference being that in the US a condominium ("condo") only refers to property that is jointly owned by several parties, inclusive of the land of the property, whereas if the joint owners only own parts of the building but not the land, it is called a "co-op" (cooperative). This technicality makes this type of property ownership (and the properties) "co-op" in Hungary (as the land is usually not owned by the participants).

UK vagy US angol? Lényeges, mert Angliában nem használják a condominium kifejezést!

In some cases also referred to as ‘Resident Manager”

neutral juvera : UK-ban a condominium NEM használatos. Ezt a kifejezést amerikaiak használják, vagy amerikaiak számára írt hirdetésben található. // :0)
