Roman numerals are in common use in English (as common as the Hebrew alphabet is used for numbering). If you don't know all the Roman numerals - there are plenty of websites to assist you.

Probably. Chapter can be with Roman numerals or as follows: "Chapter 1", "Chapter 2". Roman numerals are a bit old fashioned nowadays.

One might use Roman numerals, or regular numerals, or even write out the chapter numbers in full: Chapter One, Chapter Two and so forth.
