Jello

I think this makes the most sense here and probably relates to trying to find the right consistency and types of food for someone who has difficulty swallowing. It is natural to try Jello, but sometimes it is problematic.

if you look up jello in the online dictionary milon morphix, you get
jello noun - גֶ'לִי, קינוח מתוק, שקוף ורוטט
Example sentence:

Several desserts are good for those with dysphagia, like pudding, Jello and some cream pies.
