I agree with Transphy here in that if you use the term "premises security", you should write it as "premises security", with an 's' at the end of "premise". However, the terms "premises security" and "building security" both seem to be used on both sides of the Atlantic, although if you Google “premises security” or “premises security services” and then Google “building security” or “building security services”, you will find more examples of the latter term than of the former. Also, to be honest, if I were to describe such services myself informally in common colloquial English, I would probably say “guarding buildings”, regardless of whether this may or may not be entirely correct.
