white pebble dash
I am fairly certain that this word (more properly 'sprits' or 'spritsa') refers to a sort of amalgam of cement and aggregate, usually with the addition of white paint (akin to the pebble dash employed in the UK) applied to the outside walls of Cypriot houses nowadays.

We don't know any word like it around here, except the German word for point, spike.
