Consumer goods safety regulation

part of food safety regulation, but I'm not sure as to the proper English equivalent. But looking at the regulation itself, this is what it seems to be.

Commodities Regulations

is clearly an official-sounding translation, but where, oh where, is the context??

808 Googles for the title; it seems to be a set of regulations for commodities and packaging materials for foodstuffs, so I put the following idea forward: \"Packaging materials and commodities regulations\". How\'s that???

VO covers tools, instruments, materials

This VO refers to items used in producing something; see:
www.lvlmk-bw.de/PDF-Dateien/Neu150802/ merkblatt_bedarf.pdf for an example.

There does not seem to exist an official English translation, but you migth check EU sites.
