Counterpart of Mortgage (a counterpart is an exact copy of the original document): 12 euro
Instead of "certified true copy" resp. "true copy" the "counterpart" may be an option to use in this context!

The question can be left in the plural as actual conveyancing practice should tell us that office copy entries are invariably issued as such.
Court duplicated of writs etc. are called 'sealed copies'.
Notarial photostats etc. are called attested or certified copies.
