I nieco więcej kontekstu: Diaqnosen: Xanthogranulomatose mit orbitaler Beteiligung Chronische Sinusitis Ptosis rechts Verlauf 9/2010 erfolgte ein Staging auf Station 127. Histologisch konnte im Verlauf eine Xanthogranulomatose bestätigt werden. Bei anamnestisch Ansprechen der Steroidtherapie wurde mit einer MTX Basistherapie begonnen. 12/2010 zeigte sich im MRT der Orbitae ein stabiler Befund. Eine HNO Beteiligung konnte nicht gesichert werden, bei chronischer Sinusitis erfolgte jdeoch eine endoskopische Stirnhöhlenbodenöffnung, Spenoidektomie, Kieferhöhlenfensterung und Conchotomie bds 1/2011 im Hause. Letzte Vorstellung in der Augenklinik erfolgte im Mai 2011. Eine WV ist nur bei Auftreten von Augendruck vorgesehen. Letzte Vorstellung bei HNO im Mai 2011. Eine erneute Operation wurde erwogen. 6/2011 musste MTX bei Anstieg der Leberwerte abgesetzt werden. Es erfolgte eine Umstellung auf Azathioprin. Auffallend war unter MTX auch ein Anstieg der CK, allerdings war diese auch schon vor Beginn der MTX Therapie erhöht (siehe Arztbrief 9/2010 Station 127, CK von 368 U/L). Im Juni 2011 im Ambulanten Labor aber Anstieg der CK über 2000 U/L. |

Odnosnie meritum: słowa Beteiligung - udział, gesichert - zapewniony zabezpieczony kieruja mnie raczej w stronę uczestnictwa specjalisty - laryngologa. W twoim przypadku użyto by raczej określeń "Befund" oraz "festgestellt".
Tym niemniej nie wykluczam, że masz rację, lekarze używają nieraz dziwnych sformułowań...
