: non, le terril [de charbon] est fait de déchets de mine [de charbon] ( http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terril ) et ne contient pas de charbon alors que "Eine Kohlehalde ist eine Lagerstätte von Kohle, die zur Befeuerung eines Kraftwerkes verwendet wird."
