[Winter fun in] thermal waters
Could work if it's for advertising. Or how about spa resorts?

Maybe you should translate it differently in the title (where a catchy expression is needed) and in the text (where precision is more important).
What about these options:
Winter fun in the world of spa.
Our thermal park includes several swimming pools, saunas etc.
Winter fun in the world of spa.
Our thermal baths include several swimming pools, saunas etc.
Winter fun in the world of spa.
Our spa resort includes several swimming pools, saunas etc.

U.S. English: "world of spa facilities"
In North America, we call "Thermen" hot springs, but we don't build facilities over them usually--they are often natural pools you have to hike out to. So the whole concept of a "Kurpark" with a hotel won't be readily understood by North Americans who aren't familiar with European spa culture. A greater difficulty is that a "spa" here can be (a) a hot tub, (b) any treatment involving massage/cosmetics/pedicure, etc., (c) a hot spring, (d) a European spa, (e) a health club. So, my recommendation is "world of spa facilities," since we're talking about swimming pools and the like. Other answers are good, too--but I'm just concerned that the text be conveyed clearly for a North American audience.
