ball warper
it's difficult to see exactly what is being referred to without more text but after researching the website of Karlmayer and finding these terms from other companies websites this seems to be the right term
Example sentence:
...machines for the manufacturing of ball warpers and warper beams

: You may be on to something with your first reference - rope dyeing is the technique used to make jeans blue - but your second shows that the German for ball warper is Ball Warper.

If you scroll down on the linguee link you will see the reference of warper beams from the same company, Karl-Mayer. But, yes, perhaps simply beams here. Nonetheless, I was focusing on the reference to rope, as this was the question.

Discussion
The German version of Yvonne's first reference talks about "der Rope Dyeing Prozess", so they use the English phrase. Rope dyeing is about dyeing not ropes of the kind used to tie up ships and bondage enthusiasts, but ropes of yarn that are then woven into denim.
No idea where the Rope element comes from, though.
