A real estate company is looking for the correct term in English for their "Lizenzvertrieb" department. The initial offerings of either "License Distribution" or "Licensing Distribution" don't seem to have too many Google hits in relation to the property industry and the company is reluctant to use the term "sales". Does anybody know the correct English term that is commonly used in real estate?
