I have written about 5 different possible versions for the first sentence and simply can't decide which sounds best. Is anyone feeling inspired?
This is a garden in Morocco where there are lots of birds twittering, chirping, bathing, screeching, cooing and doing lots of other things. So, they kind of leave a lasting impression on any visitors!

The (my) memory of the Palace will forever be dominated by the myriad birds.
geprägt means characterized, but in this case, the writer appears to be contrasting the birds with the flora.
another option - the myriad birds of the Palace will forever linger in memory...

I was thinking of suffused, but I think the contrast with the flora suggests that they are rather overwhelmed by the birds.

...will always be remembered by the number of birds...
I think "by" works here; "He will always be remembered by the good works he did", etc.

: The preposition you want here is 'for', not 'by'.

No; *for* has a slightly different meaning, and indicates that the person is recognized as a result of something beneficial he did. *By* indicates that recognition is based on a particular characteristic:"He was recognized by his colorful hat".
