only one Google hit for "p3 + oxonet": a Czech listing of veterenary products (thus not a lot of context) -- but since the text says that the P3-oxonet' is a sodium chloride component, I question whether the 'P3' actually has anything to do with phosphorus.

Probably they are all brand names and should not be translated. I have searched the online lists of approved veterinary products in Switzerland (German language) and the USA without finding them, so the veterinary connection may be misleading. Neither oxodes, oxocid not oxonet are chemical names.
