: yes, of course that's what the individual words mean, but they don't make any sense as they appear her - why "Gesetzes" in the genitive, for example? And what is "science of profession" supposed to mean?

"Science of" is the translation for "-kunde", cf. Collins. Gesetzes requires an appendix which is supposed to be "-kunde"

holiday lesson blocks in Professional Law and Civics
This might be it: Lesson blocks that take part in the holidays. The subjects of these lessons would be Professional Law and Civics.

: Perhaps, but it can't appear on the diploma as it stands here: something is being mis-read or missed out (and see Asker's previous quesion)

Just a comment
Maria, it's very difficult to be sure of these translations when you're obviously not copying accurately from the original. For example, in another question "Block" has been suggested as meaning "a block of lesson", which is quite likely in the absence of any other context: but here, if it is "Blockurlaub", then it means "block release", which is quite different. I think we may be confusing rather than helping you - why not just have the diploma translated properly?
Best wishes.
