Hypo is probably a typo! It doesn't get any hits, so we should assume they meant hyper, and concentrate on that.

I think my suggestion of 'secretion' is a strong possibility, but what is 'secretion hyperthyroidism'? It doesn't get any hits either.

Ask the client You definitely need to clarify this with the client, or make a translator's note. There is no such thing as a "Freisetzungshypothyreose".

Are you sure... ... that this is hypothyreoidism? I believe it should be "hyper-" in this case. Also, it should read "Propranolol" (a beta blocker).

Hypothyreose is hypothyroidism, a shortage of thyroid hormone. Freisetzung could be secretion.
