'low (cardiac) output syndrom' but I am not sure about the best way to render the 'schleichend' here; but it should only read 'LOS' in this case (no extra 'Syndrom').

der Terminus LOS ist insofern verwirrend als die genannten Begleiterscheinungen wie Tachyarrhythmia absoluta und Hypotonie auf ein Marfan Syndrom schließen lassen.
