The combination doesn't make a lot of sense. "Sahne" means cream, often whipped cream, whereas "Schink" has to mean "Schinken", which means ham.

I can only imagine that there is more context or description, which might be thin slices of ham rolled up and filled with some kind of cream or cream cheese like concoction.

It would seem that there are at least two possibilities, if not more. Schink must be a typo and is actually Schinken which is ham. Sahne Schinken could be a particular type of ham, like Nußschinken or Lachsschinken, which both don't have anything to do with Nuß or Lachs except for their flavor or consistency, nutty and tender, respectively. So, my first guess is it's Sahneschinken. How does one translate that? Maybe literally, maybe describing the flavor and consistency, maybe just 'creamy ham'?

The other possibility is that this is part of a recipe for Sahne-Schinken Sauce which is a cream-sauce with ham strips/bits in it (see the URL).

A web search turned up almost empty.
