Schmuddelwetter und Winterdepression? Da hilft es manchmal, ein bisschen Farbe ins Leben zu bringen: zum Beispiel mit dem glitzernden Make-up von Divinora by Guerlain.

agree Annika Neudecker : I'd go with "mucky" though. It's not as frequently used as "nasty" but it's closer to the "Schmuddel" meaning.

You wouldn't really start an ad in the English-speaking world with something like: "Horrible weather and winter depression?"
My suggestion is probably too long, however.
