Hello! Can anyone come up with a neat way of rendering Steuernettoklausel? it's a clause to ensure that loan lenders don't have to pay tax on the amounts to be repaid to them. But "tax free clause" isn't right.
Thanks in advance!

'Exempt' is the operative word here, e.g., charities enjoy 'tax-exempt' status
