Tax processing

HMR&C just use Veredelung to means processing. a Veredelungsschein seems to be taken just as a processing form.

NOT FOR POINTS - just to reinforce Penny's entry. This is what Gabler says:

m processing traffic; aktiver Veredelungsverkehr inward processing; passiver Veredelungsverkehr outward processing; zum aktiven Veredelungsverkehr abgefertigte Waren fpl (Zoll) goods entered for inward processing

I checked both google.com and google.de and the sentence comes up for only one particular manufacturer - no other google entries except your question :). I'd consider simply leaving the "tax" part out. I was debating if there was anything for "value added processing", but couldn't find anything to support it....

I also debated "customs processing subject to excise tax"...but very unsure...
