German term

Antraege Klagschrift

German to English Law/Patents
This is a "Schriftsatz und Kostenfestsetzungsgesuch", and the sentence is: 'In vorbezeichneter Angelegenjeit beantragen wir in Ergaenzung der Antraege Klagschrift gegen...' What I am lacking is the "proper" (American) legal term.

Thanks in advance for any and all help!

American term?

Never got any more of the sentence to work with.
Apparently, a British term was what you wanted.

The only reference I find for a \'statement of claim\' is for small claims court (not a formal pleading) and a tangential reference for a probate proceeding, also not a complaint.
And the Samuel Clemens (Mark Twain) pleading is a \"Bill of Complaint\" -- from 1882.
With all due respect, in my view, it really doesn\'t serve to concoct \"statement of claim petition\" from Klageschrift and Antrag (and they are multiple).
