Counsel for the wife waives the right to lodge an appeal only with regard to that part of the court order that relates to the assessment of the value in dispute.

The court order for dissolution of marriage and for custody also includes a decision with regard to the value of the matter in dispute, i.e. the court decides on which basis the legal fees will be determined. While the petitioner seems to be happy with the overall outcome of the proceedings and therefore waives her right to lodging an appeal, she is obviously not too impressed with the assessment of the value in dispute and reserves the right to appeal against this part of the court order.
