The patent

This must mean 'the Schutzrecht with regard to which this Verfügung is being applied for', like 'Klageschutzrecht', which may have come up before.

If you need a heading, 'The patent' seems the most logical.

No, Klageschutzrecht hasn\'t come up before, but you\'ll get some Google hits for it.

Klagepatent is even more common. Klage- in the main proceedings, Verfügungs- in the proceedings for an injunction.
Here\'s a ProZ reference to Verfügungspatent - the same thing:

right of disposal

Kann es sein, dass damit "Verfügungsrecht" gemeint ist? In diesem Fall könntest du es mit "right of disposal" übersetzen.

Siehe: Dietl/Lorenz
Verfügungsrecht
right to dispose (of); right of disposal

Für den Begriff \"Verfügungsschutzrecht\" finden sich übrigens auch keine Google-Einträge.

Right to Injunctive Protection

The key, of course, is what is contained in the paragraph. Presumably, this paragraph contains an argument by the petitioning party to the effect that the party is entitled to receive an order of injunction from the court.
If this is not the case, let us know so that we can come up with an answer that is suited to the context.

By the way, the proper term in the US is: \"right to injunctive relief.\" I translated the German literally, but if the paragraph contains what I think it does, you would be well advised to use \"relief\" instead of \"protection.\"
