German term
Unterliegensquote
German to English
Law/Patents
Law (general)
Urteil
Die prozessualen Nebenentscheidungen beruhen auf den §§ 91 Abs. 1,92 Abs, 1,709 S,1ZPO. Danach haben die Kläger sowie dieBeklagte entsprechend ihrer Unterliegensquote die Kosten des Rechtsstreits zu tragen.
Does this perhaps mean "rates they are subject to"? It doesn't sound very likely but is the only guess I can come up with.
Thank you in advance for your help.

being subject to
unterliegen- literally "What lies beneath" so in this sense "being subject to"

: That's a different meaning of "unterliegen". Here it means "to lose" (to), "to be defeated (by)".

: Even if you don't use ProZ, this takes a few seconds--less than asking for it on KudoZ. You may want to add this to your reference (it's the basis for this question): https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/zpo/__92.html
