dispute about labeling of medicinal device
I am working on a document describing a dispute between two manufacturers of a similar medical device. In this document, the following sentence occurs: "Die Antragsgegnerin meint, der Verfügungsgrund sei durch zögerliches Vorgehen der Antragstellerin entfallen." : Can also be grounds for the injunction; The Verfuegung could be a court order of a different kind. The context must tell the tale.
