I'm afraid, that is all the context I have got, and the term is not mentioned anywhere else in the document.
I found a translation for "Vertragsinteresse", but not for "Produktinteresse".
Can anyone help me with this?

If they are recording prospect data then product or contract interest would make sense...
is it really data processing or data collection as in cold-calling potential prospects and providing the data of those showing an interest to the selling company for follow-up?
