: Sorry, "bestimmte" Aufträge cannot be translated as "previously agreed orders". If they were "previously agreed," then there would logically be an agreement covering them. This sentence covers the period AFTER the contractual period has ended.

Whilst agreeing with your interpretation, in a legal situation the company migh want to distance themselves from previous agreements, "right of determination" etc.
