More info It is a paragraph in a contract/agreement. The full paragraph is "Möchte der Besitzer Skulpturen für andere Ausstellungen disponieren, ist dies unter Einhaltung einer dreimonatigen, schriftlichen Orientierungsfrist unter Anzeige per 31.12. möglich." There isn't much more information on this paragraph.

In the sense that the owner has to notify the gallery three months in advance, as per/of Dec. 31st to be able to move the artwork to another gallery.

it is still not totally clear here, but "unter Anzeige" gets some google hits, for "announcing" which has to be connected with event or whatever the owner is planning to do... sorry not much more enlightenment here
