und dann noch einmal im Vertrag:
Bei Beendigung des Softwarelizenzvertrages hat der Kunde XY sämtliche Softwarescheine zurückzugeben, sämtliche Kopien aller ihm überlassenen Versionen von Software zu vernichten und dies schriftlich zu bestätigen.
Gehe ich richtig, dass das einfach die "Software License" ist? Nachdem ich gegoogelt habe, bin ich mir da nicht mehr so sicher.
