The players in question (I can say this without breaching any confidentiality) are Windows Media Player and Real Player.
What I don't get is that the text seems to be saying you can download the players to your Favorites. But as far as I know, you don't download things to your Favorites. You ADD things to your Favorites, but you download to your Desktop or to a folder.
In any case, you add URLs and not applications to your Favorites.
So, what do they mean by this? Or have I missed something somewhere? (I'm sure "Ihren Favoriten" is a dative - wouldn't it be "Ihre Favoriten" if it was an accusative?)

Comment: "Ah, the penny has just dropped! "Favorite" must be a weak masculine noun that takes the "n" in the accusative singular! And "Ihren" would be a masculine singular accusative form agreeing with it!
Where I got confused was interpreting "Favoriten" as a plural in this instance and thinking that "Ihren" was the dative plural rather than the masculine accusative singular.
Once I saw "favourite" in the singular and remembered all about weak masculine nouns etc., all the pieces of the puzzle fell into place. Thanks very much for your quick help."
