It is not "herewith" but rather if I used "depict" which would be more fancy and maybe misleading! Your rendition is worthwhile too and thanks for evaluating mine.

: Either presented or displayed suits me! Since the field is IT displayed or if a printout presetented. Both words are interchangeable since you can represent it on screen or via projection and display it etc.
