Just wanted to check whether my customer's rendering of the German Spitenrefinanzierung in English really hits the mark as they call it

'credit facilities with Bundesbank'. Any better or more appropriate term for this? Thanks in advance.

With the implementation of the ECB, national central banks within the Eurozone have largely surrendered their role as a provider of money-market liquidity - "credit facilities with Bundesbank" were never quite correct (it would have been "Lombard facilities"), but now it's plainly wrong. Check the ECB web site (see URL below).
