With the implementation of the ECB, national central banks within the Eurozone have largely surrendered their role as a provider of money-market liquidity - "credit facilities with Bundesbank" were never quite correct (it would have been "Lombard facilities"), but now it's plainly wrong. Check the ECB web site (see URL below).
