Der Satz "Sicheres Investment, da es einen Fair Value hat" macht m. E. keinen Sinn ... und grenzt das Investment in punkto Sicherheit in keiner Weise von anderen Anlagen ab ...

sicheres investment it comes down to the point of if you are selling something, real opprtunities would fit, if you are trying to describe a feeling of security then reliable values/ securities would be applicable.

more context Thank you for your comments. I will try to give more context: "Investment" refers to the investment made by investors interested in supporting the project described in the business plan. So, "sicheres Investment" means that the investors won`t lose their money because there is a "tatsächlicher Gegenwert".

Gegenwert If the " Gegenwert" translates as the equivalent price using actual for tatsächlicher would be double bubble, probably better to leave it out of the translation. A bit more context would help with regard to what is a " Sicheres Investment" in this situation.
