Your guess, Steffen Walter, was correct: a colon is indeed missing In 'Business Bau' but the insurance company doesn't bother with such details.I've translated it as 'Type of business: Construction'.

This 'Business Bau' is a mystery to me, really, since the enterprise doesn't build but only makes installations. I'll wait to hear from the insurance agent for clarification. But Betriebsversicherung is, to my mind, Business insurance as suggested by Steffen Walter.
